Two wine experiences to live harvesting as a protagonist.

We invite you among the rows in the vines, to discover an ancient, simple and delicate technique. Scissors in hand, you will make your contribution to the 2024 vintage of our Valpolicella wines. Then continue by visiting the vineyards, discovering our production philosophy and then at the table, finally tasting the products.

Harvesting

Meet in Locanda Buglioni car park and then move between the rows of vines with our wine specialist, who will teach you the secrets of harvesting grapes for the Valpolicella reds.

Bread&salami (and wine, of course)

At lunchtime, we take a tasting break at Dimora Buglioni with bread and salami, like in the past. With a good glass of wine, of course!

Guided tour of the vineyard and the drying loft

Accompanied by our wine specialist, you will go on tour of the vineyards where the Valpolicella classics are produced and the grape drying loft, where the fruit of the day's work will rest.

Tasting lunch in Locanda Buglioni

Guided tasting lunch with 5 wines and 5 pairing courses in Locanda Buglioni Wine Restaurant, surrounded by the vineyards.

1 night with breakfast Dimora Buglioni

Relax amidst the vineyards and olive groves of the Wine Relais Buglioni.

Harvest experience

Wake up at 7 a.m., coffee and then in the vineyards for 2 hours of harvesting guided by our wine specialist who will teach you the secrets of Valpolicella wines.

Bread&salami (and wine, of course)

Once back in Dimora Buglioni, before breakfast with typical products, we end the experience with bread and salami, like in the past. And with a good glass of wine, of course!

CONDITIONS

Experiences valid during harvesting period, on selected days only. Experiences for adults only, subject to availability and non-refundable. Closed shoes are compulsory for grape harvesting and it is preferable to bring a thermal water bottle. If the grape harvest cannot be carried out for weather reasons, the amount will be converted into a voucher for the purchase of wine on site. Any intolerances or allergies must be reported prior to arrival.

Harvest&Taste: the Harvest&Taste experience is limited to 16 persons per day and will take place on Sundays 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 September 2024.

Balthazar Harvest&Taste is a dedicated rate for 2 persons, supplement for DUS, triple and quadruple rooms. Cancellation possible within 4 days of arrival. Balthazar Harvest&Taste experience will be on Sunday 1, Friday 6, Saturday 14-21-28 September 2024.
